I had been finding difficulties trying to order repeat perscriptions. Have always used online. But this time I found ithe request hadn't gone through, my fault. Went into and spoke to receptionist. I was going away in 2 days. The receptionist was ssoooooo helpful, kind and put my mind at rest. That I would get my medication in time before going away. You hear on media moaning about receptionists. But we are so lucky to have great helpful ones at Firsway. Don't know why people moan. If you are polite and respect them then they in return. Thank you all team

Surgery cancelled 2 appointments today first was because nurse was of sick it was rearranged for later that was cancelled as well I phoned and was told I needed a review and blood test very poor service to be told on the day had I been told a few weeks ago I could of arranged a appointment very unhappy with service

The booking system to see a GP is not practical. You only have a couple of hours in the morning to book an appointment which turns out to be a telephone appointment. The GP would only give advice by telephone on one issue and says that I have to book another appointment if I wanted to discuss another health issue, very disappointed.

In and out in less than a minute for my fly jab. Wished they had mentioned that I could have had the Covid booster at the same time. So had a return visit 10 minutes later after I found out.

I attended on a Saturday morning, it was a very quick appointment, really well organised and efficient took no more than 5 mins. Staff were friendly and really helpful.

The flu vaccine programme has been organised brilliantly. My husband had an appointment which took less than a minute. Later in the morning a text message invited more patients to walk in, so I got my vaccine, also very quickly. This an impressive, efficient and rapid service from Firsway, Thank you.

I received a text and was able to turn up for a walk in vaccination session, for both Flu and Covid, the same morning. Despite being quite busy I was in and out in a matter of minutes.

I was seen to very quickly and I was done very quickly and was aloud to leave afterwards, there was a great deal of organisation, I would recommend this to a friend or family member
