My wife and I were given an appointment. We arrived on time and were greeted on walking through the door. We were both given our vaccinations after our details were checked. My wife was offered a covid booster which she took and we were in and out in less than ten minutes.

Received text to drop in for my flu jab. I was able to get both my flu jab and covid jab in less than 10 mins. Fabulous!

Visited for my flu jab today. Great for bicycle parking & in and out in seconds. All very efficient & it was a lovely nurse who jabbed me!

Very well organised for flu injections. Swiftly in and out. Lots of stations to deal with the vaccinations. Staff considerate and pleasant.

Very efficient and very pleased with the service. The staff treated me very well. Initially I didn't know completely what was happening with treatment but I understood completely later

Very efficient, better than I expected. Previous experience was very slow, but has improved since. The staff treated me very well - friendly and reassuring.

Can never get an appt. Asking someone who is not well to crawl out of bed at 7:15 to make sure they are in a phone queue at 7:30 is ridiculous. And why can’t I see the same doctor who knows my issues ? Stop making excuses and get back to a proper service. The pandemic is over, let’s get back to normal service. After all, isn’t that who we pay for through our taxes.

Very caring atmosphere, extremely efficient. Quite painless. Very well staffed. The only negative was trying to get a hold of the doctor during normal service hours. Once you get an appointment, I cannot fault it.
