I've been with this doctors since 2015. I get monthly check ups because of my health more so recently.. I see 1 dr as I hate having to explain everytime I see a new dr. I like to keep with 1 dr so that we are both on board with my care.. not sure I'm allowed to mention what dr so I won't.. but every experience I've had with him has been really good. And I've always came out happy from the appointment. O will say though my med review this time was abit different in regards to maybe reducing some of my meds. Pain killers mainly. And because I respect this dr alot I decided I would try what he suggested. But I had to stop as I'm becoming more and more in pain daily instead of every other day. The only negative I have to say is that sometimes it's really hard to book am appointment with a persific dr.. it can become quite frustrating sometimes as like I said I'm a person that likes to keep the same dr dealing with me in the community just like I have at the hospital.. what would also be nice maybe so.ething to look into the future is having maybe a GP dietitian or nutrition nurse that I could speak to directly as I barely have any input with the community dietitians.. or even just atleast 2 nurse who can or has dealt with feeding tubes also because I'm currently limited with support while at home and my dr I see is not well knowledged in feeding tubes either... but to have someone there I could seek my worried to without having to Google or waste time going A&E.. but i just want to say over all the staff at five oaks are amazing!! From the drs, nurses to the receptionists aswell most of them I've known since 2015 and they are usually who I speak to, to pass messages onto the dr.. I've only ever had 1 bad experience with the reception n the lady who it was is no longer working there for a few years... other than that I love this drs I love all the staff even the pharmacist that work at the drs.. they also have been more than amazing making sure I have the best care... I just want to thank u all to all the staff at five oaks... I know I was suppose to keep it to 1 experience and talk about that but I just have to give credit were it's due... you all are amazing!! N always make me feel seen and herd!! U guys deserve the world 🌎 💓
