I was given a prescription from the hospital which I took down to Flat Walks that day. A week later and I have had to go into the surgery to see where it is. It is sitting in a yeah behind reception still waiting to be processed. No explanation just an apology. This is it good enough. I asked to be referred to dermatology in an appointment with a GP. A month later I had to ask again if the letter had been sent. No it hadn’t. I was on the phone to book a blood test and was in queue waiting for an hour. Reception told me today that they are not answering the phones. They are only dealing with call backs. What is going on in the practice. It is worse than ever.

Just a few words to say what a very professional & caring service I have received in the last 10 months . From the Dr's to nurses I am overwhelmed at how I have been cared for , can't thank you all enough for how efficient & thorough you have all been .
