Not sure why they are advertising you can get an appointment within a week. Always given a two week wait. Had my referral cancelled with no reason, not even informed. Turned up for blood test when I had email confirmation, they said they had no record and I would have to wait another week. Advertising for more patients but do not seem able to cope with those they already have.

Dear Patient I’m very sorry that you are unhappy with our services. I am surprised and disappointed to read this. 99% of our patients rated us as excellent in September and I am sorry that this has not been your experience. I am also confused as to why you have had a two week wait for an appointment as we have GP appointments for routine issues available within a week. Could this be because you’ve wanted to see a specific GP who had perhaps been away on holiday or poorly at the time you’ve wanted to book? Unfortunately there will be times where there is a longer wait to see a specific person but we would always be able to offer you an appointment with someone else. As you have left this review anonymously I am unable to investigate any further and rectify anything that may have gone wrong and I would encourage you to contact the practice directly and ask to speak to me. But I again apologise that you feel unhappy with the services offered. Thank you Caitlin Managing Partner
