Received almost instant reply from doctor in response to my phone call and was seen very quickly. Various tests carried out very efficiently.

My daughter has been struggling with an ongoing issue. The receptionists were really helpful, were quick to deal with what I need and were kind and understanding. The practice was amazing, getting a quick appointment and I've not had to wait ages in the waiting room for appointments, which is important with 2 children under 4! Thank you!!

The doctor was very attentive and willing to listen. I had a follow up instigated by her following a phone call to check on progress and she was concerned I was not getting any better.

Having completed the Anima proforma at about 7am I was contacted by the surgery at 11 am. An appointment was arranged for 2:20 pm. Very pleased with the prompt service.

What a very quick response to my e mail via Anima, I was called by a lovely nurse practitioner who was understanding and caring to my problem.

I have been unwell and had been seen promptly and put on Antibiotics. On the final day of the treatment i called the surgery to say i was no better. I had a phone call back within the hour and was again seen immediately. Great service and care.

I contacted the surgery with an ear infection and was offered an appointment with a nurse practitioner the next morning. Prescribed antibiotics - great quick service

The story goes like this. Tried to reach over phone. After long wait reception sent me to their online services which first didn’t work. After a while of answering questions the online service sent me to 111. I called 111 and they said it is not urgent and sent me to pharmacist who said he can’t do anything. One week later I had worse symptoms. I reach private online GP. She said I have to be seen in person and the protocol is I have to go to my GP in person. The same story - call, online, 111. Finally my records were send to my surgery from 111 and from online private GP. I reached the reception who fortunately got one of those two letters. She said she will contact „urgent team”. I got a call from lady, so impatient, she could not stop interrupting me over the phone with attitude „what do you want”? However, I got finally to see the GP in person at Fordingbridge Surgery and got antibiotics. Two weeks and five hours on the phone. Ten times telling the same story. Inefficient place with mostly tired people.
