This surgery was once brilliant. For the past two years, it is nigh on impossible to get through on the phone in less than an hour, let alone actually manage to book an appointment. Ridiculously over subscribed. Completely lost faith in not only this surgery but the NHS as a whole. Absolute shambles, which is just such a shame.

Gainsborough Practice recently merged with Forest Health and it is now a complete mess. They have messed up prescriptions, reception staff are rude you can rarely get hold of anyone and you wait weeks and weeks for call backs, which you won't get at all unless you chase. Absolute disgrace.
