I've been a patient in this practice for over 5 years and I saw a great improvement. It's possible to do everything online, including requesting an appointment, and if you don't like using a website you still have an option to call the practice, and the very good part is you can request a call back instead of holding. I submitted a request for an appointment at 8am and I was given an appointment for 9.55am. Really good service, including once at the practice. Great to see that things have improved.

This surgery was once brilliant. For the past two years, it is nigh on impossible to get through on the phone in less than an hour, let alone actually manage to book an appointment. Ridiculously over subscribed. Completely lost faith in not only this surgery but the NHS as a whole. Absolute shambles, which is just such a shame.
