I have been a patient here for several years now and have always found the doctors, nursing staff and receptionists to be helpful and polite. I have never felt rushed in appointments and have had my health concerns listened to with care attention at every appointment. Special mention for the diabetic nurse who has been very good at encouraging me to get the right care for my condition. Even though I have often not been compliant she has always had me on her radar with regular phone calls and text messages to remind me to take action on my care plan. I am now following her advice and taking more care of my health. Just wanted to say a big thank you to her support over the last few years - even though I was definitely not the easiest of patients. The doctors have also been helpful over the years. And a final word for the reception staff. They do a difficult job under stressful conditions but still manage to be very polite and helpful. Many thanks to all at this surgery.

I have been a patient of the Forest Practice for 30 + years and have always received the highest level of care. On Monday, I submitted an online request for an appointment, and saw the GP I requested just two days later. I discussed a number of different matters with the doctor - he was supportive and helpful, was very happy to deal with all of my queries and arranged tests and a care plan to sort me out! Am very grateful.

I would like to say thank you to all the staff for an amazing job they do. From being prompt in answering the calls and being very professional and attentive to all my needs. I have always been looked after very well by everyone here at the Forest Practice by the Doctors and the nurses. Thank you I am very grateful. ☺️

Have been trying to contact the surgery for days to try and get the results of my recent hospital scan. I am stuck in the recorded announcement loop and supposedly number 1 in the queue but 20 minutes of holding on, I am getting the same repeated message … you are number 1 in the queue and so it goes on and on …

They never answer their telephones, it is always busy. There is always an issue with prescriptions because someone is not doing their job. I have been backward and forward to pick up my prescription from the chemist but it is never there because the surgery neglected to send through the script. When the staff are not on strike, they are either too busy or unwilling apparently to help. If there were any other surgery nearby, I would transfer.

I think it is important to provide feedback on the services that we receive and particularly so with our GP practices which have taken a battering recently . My own experience of the GPs , Nurses and reception staff at Forest practice is that they provide a consistently excellent service . At each touch point they have provided me with courteous help and assistance with enquiries and appointment bookings and taken a thorough approach in assessing and treating my conditions - doing a great job in these difficult times - thank you to all at Forest Practice
