   Having come from the University Health Practice, Southampton where we recieve exemplary service, I am shocked by the inefficiency of this practice. Maybe the bar was set too high, but I am truly shocked and now understand peoples frustration with the NHS. This practice is unable to get something as simple as a repeat prescription correct. My wife, who it T1, is now struggling to get the correct medication. We also cannot book telephonic consultation, as we could at University Heath, which now means taking time off work to go to an appointment to sort out a repeat prescription. To add insult to injury, it takes at least two week to get an appointment.
