Monthly chats with the primary care mental health I can only say was fabulous, her kindness , understanding and support was amazing . Fantastic service , wicked sense of humour that I loved , felt so comfortable talking and her patience when I was having a meltdown was so professional. I’ve come along way with my mental health , and couldn’t be where I am now without this service . Thank you so much I will miss our chats

I was seen on Friday afternoon by a very caring gp having contacted the surgery during the morning. I was able to face the weekend feeling much more relaxed than I had for several days. Thank you, we are grateful for the efforts of all who contribute to to the healthcare of patients

I have now been registered with Forum Family Practice for a little over two years. I have lived all over the United Kingdom and experienced many different Doctors Surgeries. I am happy to report that is is the best Practice I have had the pleasure of being a member of. All the staff, from the Partners to the Receptionist have a lovely manner about them and are always happy to help. A very friendly, approachable and efficient team.

I've only been with this practice for a couple of years however each time I have an interaction with them, they are just perfect! The service I've received has been impeccable and it has made me realise that my previous practice was absolutely rubbish! They clearly look after their patients, their staff are lovely - I spoke to Ben this morning who couldn't have been more helpful if he'd tried but to be honest that is generally my experience with this practice anyway. As soon as we registered we got a call to get our first Covid jabs, literally just days after registering which felt like we we had won the lottery. I was working on the national vacc team myself so knew how stretched the services were. The vaccine process was seamless. All of my other interactions with GPs, nurses and admin staff have been excellent, and I'm so pleased I chose Forum Family practice as my GP practice. I've worked with Primary Care for over 20 years and I am extremely impressed with the service they offer. Thank you all for what you do, and keep doing exactly what you're doing. We all appreciate it.

i have seen or spoken to members of this practice over the last few months and it is like stepping back in time with regard to the respect, care, and attention that is given to there patients they actually listen to what is being said and realy care that you are getting 100% of what they have available which in my opinion is exceptional, some thing i havent seen or come into contact with for a lot of years, everyone who is involved in the running of this practice from top to bottom should be proud of what you have created well done.

Seen by a trainee (and then Gp)- his manner was excellent and he was very thorough. Hopefully he decides to stay in general practice !
