I moved to the area in August 2021 and due to being diabetic and having a baby I have used the service a number of times. I cannot fault this practice, from the admin staff, nurses and doctors who I have been dealt by. GPs are under so much stress and especially in the Ringmer area with a abundance of new builds, they have been helpful every time I called, if they can’t give me an appointment (due to prioritising someone with more needs) they will always help with alternative options in a polite manner. I just want to say a massive thank you, I really appreciate your service.
