Having moved into the area i'm surpised at how bad the Foundry group is, the website is down and the ability to even reach reception to make an appointment is challening, the time to get an appointment is weeks. The staff are transient and there's no alternative as Foundry have a monoply in Lewes and Ringmer. Very poor value to tax payers, if i had an alternative GP i would go there instead

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for your feedback. We apologise for the issues you've encountered. The website was briefly down today due to a server update but is now operational. We are always looking to improve our services. We want to reduce wait times and make it easier to book appointments. Recently, we introduced our Easy Access request platform. Patients can complete a form online or with our reception team. All requests go to our Care Team, who assess and prioritise them. Additionally, our phone system now has a call-back feature, so patients don’t have to wait on hold in a queue. Your feedback is important to us, and we are committed to making improvements.
