Some of the doctors were very nice to deal with but admit they don’t know what to do with my health which wasnt reassuring. But they also wouldn’t refer me to the specialist. Other doctors were just unpleasant and very dismissive. They are all men too which is uncomfortable if you are talking about female issues. They don’t understand. I dreaded having to get in touch with them as I had no idea who I would get and thus, what they would actually do, if anything. I would not recommend this practice. There are many that are far, far better.

Having visited this practice multiple times over the past 2 years, I have had consistently positive experiences. The reception team are welcoming and friendly, and the doctors are efficient and helpful. Staff go the extra mile to look after patients and the triage service is excellent.
