It is with much regret that I am having to leave this practice as I’m moving out of the area. Every member of staff from the all the Doctors, the Prescribing Nurses, Paramedics, Nurses, Administrative Staff and The Dispensary Team, are amazing. They are so friendly and kind and are prepared to listen and help so much, even to the extent of texting results of tests that need a conversation about. I would so recommend anyone looking for a Doctor’s in Woodbridge to register with them. Thank you to everyone who works there.

The process of addressing my ailment, from the reception (important), and the nurse / GP handling my problem. Key words addressing my interface with the practice - courteous, humane, professionally competent, good humoured, patient.

Framfield House is an excellent practice, all the staff are considerate, kind, caring, and do their very best to accommodate specific needs. My family, from my 91year old Mother to my teenage children use the surgery and cannot fault the wonderful service they provide. 5 star performance, well done!

Both my husband and I have recently been diagnosed with life threatening conditions. The practice have been absolutely brilliant in their dogged determination to find the cause and in their aftercare. My husband had a problem getting a couple of items on his prescription from our local pharmacy, but the prescribing team sourced those items immediately. Great service all round

As a patient I have always found Framfield House to provide a very good service. When I last contacted reception I did not have to wait very long to speak to someone, which is usually the case and the reception staff member I spoke to was polite, professional and efficient. Previous interactions have been the same. The various doctors who have been involved in my care have mostly been very sympathetic and I cannot thank the practice enough for the care it has provided not only to myself but to wider family members over the years. Keep up the great work!

I needed to see my GP fairly quickly and obtained an appointment easily at our very good medical facility in Woodbridge. It has a very good culture which is reflected in the attitude of the staff when I telephoned for the appointment.

I rang on a Monday morning to get a Doctors appointment at 8am I was given an appointment for 8.50am . I saw the Doctor and had returned home by 9.10am I have always received such excellent and courteous service and feel so fortunate to belong to this surgery.

Son seen for an ultra sound at hospital at 10.15 am by 12 the practice rang to say the GP had reviewed and would like to see us. Absolutely first class service bearing in mind the demand and pressure the practice is under

We have been registered with Framfield for around 18 months now and the care is always exceptional! I needed an appointment for my son this week and it was the first time he has attended this surgery. Arranging the appointment was swift and very professional from the receptionist and the Nurse was just exceptional. Seen 5 minutes early, straight away she put him at ease, so friendly and down to earth, swiftly diagnosed his problem and sorted the medication! Upon chatting realised he was also struggling with very sore lips and sorted him something for that too! Above and beyond patient care! A recent appointment for myself with Dr G was another perfect example of how to treat your patients. She was reassuring, so friendly and just completely put me at ease. I am so pleased we made the move to Framfield!
