  3. Review titled Terrible place

Service gets worse every day. It's a challenge to get a face to face appointment. Expect to wait minimum 3 weeks. Telephone appointments are frequently coming several hours after the time you originally booked. Reception staff are quite rude and have no problem telling you to go elsewhere. The GPs don't do follow ups. Any pain you have, they will tell you to take a paracetamol. Could be anything from a headache to a broken leg. Paracetamol. Mental health issues are not taken seriously. Referrals to specialists are forgotten. Question why the referral hasn't been done and they will rudely tell you to make your own referral then. With the exception of the nurses, everyone in there is unprofessional and uncaring. They want you to use the digital system to contact them but they have 3 different websites (maybe 4) and none of them work as they should.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and distress that this has caused you. Our aim is to provide highest quality care possible for our patients. Following your concerns, we would like to make you aware that we offer a range of appointments in order to reduce wait time and provide flexibility so that health problems can be dealt with effectively. The details of these available appointments are as follows: Our urgent appointments are offered daily- we usually have 60-70 appointments available, which are only telephone triage. Moreover, we offer routine appointments; which patients can book in advance. In addition to this, online services such as PATCHS is also available; the link for which is available on our website, and we intend to deal with all consultations within 24-48 hours. Patients are also able to book some appointments online. Finally, we also have face to face appointments available with the GPs, which are usually booked as per clinicians’ request after the telephone triage. Alternatively, you can also book face to face appointments with other clinicians such as physician associate, nurse practitioners and medical students who work under the supervision of GPs. The recent published data demonstrate the number of appointment practice had offered. October 22 F2F 4849, Home visits, 42, Telephone 249 November 22 F2F 4717, Home visits 15, Telephone 260 December 22 F2F 4190, Home visit 20, Telephone 212. Our clinicians/doctors try their best to contact patients during their allocated slot time for telephone consultations however this is not always possible as doctors may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as emergency home visit, unscheduled care etc. Furthermore, we can assure you that we take mental health matters very seriously, which is why we have a dedicated mental health practitioner at the surgery, who patients can book appointments with if deemed appropriate by the staff. Please come and see me if you have any further comments or concern. Happy to resolve it . Mrs Sana Rabbani Managing Partner
