Used the online klinik for the first time and whist i found the actual process a bit cumbersome the system worked. My request was processed quickly and I received a call less than two hours after submitting the form. I was contacted by the physio who was the most appropriate person for my enquiry who gave me great advice and arranged an appointment to see her at the earliest opportunity. Friary house has been my family surgery for many years and I can honestly say that even with the changes to phone triage and now online facility it has always delivered a great service so many thanks to all the staff there. Especially now in such difficult times for Plymouth Gp’s and the NHS in general.

Went in for a blood test and the doctor rang me every time there was an update, the first being the same day, explaining everything in great detail. Feel much better and really well looked after.

Surgery found I had heart problems and blood pressure and in 10 day with phone call to derriford hospital they have sorted it out and arrange heart scan first class service
