I recently had an excellent experience at this medical practice. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the friendly and supportive atmosphere. The receptionist was welcoming, and the nurse/phlebotomist made me feel at ease during my tests. I was linked to a female doctor, just as I requested, who quickly addressed my concerns and provided the treatment I needed. The entire team was efficient, and I was impressed by how quickly I received my test results and the necessary treatment for my UTI. I felt well cared for throughout the entire process. Highly recommended for anyone seeking responsive and compassionate care!

I phoned as I am working away from home and needed antibiotics prescribing and sent to the city I’m working in. The receptionist explained the procedure politely and said yes everything I was requesting was possible. 15 minutes later a GP phoned, diagnosed what was wrong and prescribed antibiotics. Everything worked perfectly and both the receptionist and GP couldn’t have been more efficient. A really positive experience.

Had a blood test for a suspected dvt. Doctor phoned me in the evening and left a vm asking me to call him to discuss test results. No number left for me to call back on. Rang 111 who told me that the test was never carried out, mistake was made on the form. Went back to surgery for another blood test. Was called by GP the following day to say the nurse hadn't taken enough blood. Had to go back again to have blood taken. Doctor phoned me on Friday night to say I had test positive for a suspected dvt and was prescribing heparin injection and was unable to book me in for a scan until Monday. Today, Saturday, tried 8 pharmacies, none of them stock heparin injections. I have just been left like this and dvt is a very serious condiiton to have - life threatening.
