Called first thing in the morning (8am) for my toddler. Was on hold for an hour and then an automated voice comes on saying 'I am sorry, no one is available to take your call, good bye'. Is this acceptable? Absolute joke!

Phoned surgery for telephone appointment the Doctor contacted me within an hour and was great, he sorted out my medical needs and booked my wife in. We are both suffering after effects of covid. Very pleased With the service we received.

Called to book an appointment to be told the ONly apts they offer are emergency ones, dished out at 8am! I was then advised as all those apts are gone they can book me in to an out of hours doctor at another clinic. Apparently, since covid, they don’t even open a diary. I am a nervous patient who it took a lot to call today and now I’m left without an apt as I can not book an apt.

This is one of the good surgery compared to my experience with my previous GP surgery I recently moved to this area and registration done so quick and I managed to get appointments via telephone or online
