    Tried to get my online prescription through PillTime online pharmacy as I signed up to them. However I needed some antibiotics quickly so I asked that they be sent to Boots as they will not approve my medication via PillTime. Every time I ask for my medication they keep sending it to Boots now. I even called PillTime and they gave me an ods code which was refused. I have arthritis in my shoulders and my hands so it is very difficult to pop the pills out. I’m extremely disappointed with Fryerns Surgery and the way that I have been treated!!!So sorry that I left my old surgery!!!

    I have been registered with this GP for a few years, and whilst not all encounters have been bad, there has been a few instances now where the Doctor's I have spoken with have been condescending, unprofessional and not very helpful. This is extremely disappointing as I feel all patients, regardless of what they are making appointments for, should feel validated and should come away from an appointment feeling as though they have had the help they are looking for, as expected from professionals; not to be patronised or made to feel foolish. To be more specific, I have had telephone appointments where I have been asked 'well what do you want me to do for you then?' This was asked after I had mentioned I was not able to attend the practice at an earlier time but could later in the evening to which I was told they were not seeing patients at a later time, and would also not give medication unless my child was seen or having breathing difficulties. This I can understand, but the manner and tone of this conversation as I stated previously was simply unprofessional and made me feel silly. To put it bluntly, I do not make appointments and put my trust into professional's to then be made to feel like I shouldn't have made an appointment in the first place. A doctor's practice in general is there to lend a helping hand, a safe space for a patient to speak about their problems. This is something I think Fryerns Medical Centre needs to take note of in the future.

    Had nothing but problems with this surgery from trying to get appointments which they don't like to give out to be booked an appointment when the doctor wasn't even at the surgery to waiting times of 45mins to an hour on 3 occasions when I have managed to get appointments, the receptionist will give you every excuse in the book as to why you can't book an appointment.

    Requested a copy of a blood test result by email at 13.35 and received the copy in an email at 14.10. Excellent service.
