We recently move to York and had to register with local GP, due to the illness my husband is not able to travel long distances. The service provided by Fulford Surgery in York is horrible. There is a phone number for the whole group but you can't speak to anyone as they disconnect you so if you need anything you need to go to the surgery in person and you are treated like a nuisance. If you make an appointment on line there is a 6 weeks waiting list. If there is an urgent requirement to see a GP you never know if they will give you the same day appointment. You just wait and hope. Just shocking service Please stay away from this surgery

Friendly helpful reception team a credit to the practice. I be am Not great on modern phones but the team talked my through it verbally. Smiling faces make a surgery visit relaxing Well done
