I was invited for my NHS health check on the 15.5.24,appointment made for 30.5.24 at chorley was cancelled,next appointment made for 2.8.24 at leyland cancelled,appointment made for today 6.8.24 at chorley cancelled.I work around the country and I am taking days off work to travel home to leyland for these appointments for them to be cancelled,this is just not good enough,I have been offered another appointment for next Wednesday 14th August but I will be abroad,thankfully I have hardly had to visit your surgery or use the NHS,it is just very sad in the rare occasions I do need to use your practice I get 3 cancelled appointments, Yours Andrew j Armstrong.

Frustrating experience trying to get a private health form completed and sent. Even though invoice has been paid, form has been filled in. I get excuse after excuse Every time I ring and chase. Absolutely dreadful service for a paid service…been waiting since September 2023 to get this sorted.

Unable to get through via phone to Leyland Surgery on 2 occasions in the last two weeks. When I pressed 1 for Leyland each time I was connected to Station Surgery! Also It takes so long to get through as you are bombarded with so much information and music for at least 5 minutes. I have given up trying as it is a useless service - shame on you

Leyland surgery has changed to gab healthcare. Since the change, the computer systems apparently "are down" and the phone lines inaccessible. I have just called 01772 585160 to get a message saying the surgeries are now closed (Tuesday 23rd May), our phone hours are 8am to 6:30pm. It is now 3:30pm.
