I filled out an online econsult and was told I had been referred to my pharmacy so I left work got there to be told they couldn’t give me anything as they had already given me antibiotics twice in the last 6 months they could have told me that before hand. then I was told the doctor would call me this was 10.30am this morning not acceptable at all.

I looked for advice using the practice online form. I input details of my condition and and was surprised at the quick response which was a call from the surgery with an appointment for me to see the nurse. The practice nurse was running late but I understand that this will happen sometimes when staff are giving time to patients. I was dealt with appropriately with sensitivity and reassured about my condition.

Have recently had to ask for help with my son who has been experiencing emotional and mental health issues. We have gotten appointments quickly and the gps have been very sensitive and caring with him, making sure that we can access the extra support needed. Thank you

Turn up for in person appointment to be told that it's booked as telephone appointment. Show them the confirmation to be told that the person I've to 'see' is actually working from home so can't see me even if it were in person appointment. Get the call. She's there in the practice and would have happily seen me but I'm half way home by this. The 'Drunk in a brewery' saying comes to mind.
