You now have to book your appointments via a system online called Patches; which means filling out a form and takes up lots of time. No longer can you just make a 5 min call to book an appointment. This disadvantages the disabled and older patients that are not internet savvy. Never to mention just making the whole process longer than it needs to be. Receptionists are incredibly rude; They should not be allowed to triage; they make awful decisions. I just want them to book an appointment then let who I see manage my condition thank you. Also trying to get to see the same Dr is a nightmare after having the Dr tell me themselves they want me to keep seeing them, I'm being sent round in circles by reception. Getting to see my preferred Dr (at the Drs request) should not be this hard. Not happy; please make your booking system more patient friendly.

Excellent, well run service. I’ve always found the staff from receptionists to nurses and doctors really helpful, professional and approachable. They have acted promptly to concerns and referred me when required. Having moved from across the border, I really appreciate a well run and resourced medical centre.
