   I have developed sinusitis following a cold, lasting 10+ days and getting worse. Eventually spoke to a receptionist who offered an appointment in a weeks time or i should go to Urgent care (NHS junior doctors strike!) NHS website suggests antibiotics are now required. Why isn't my GP equipped to deal with simple requests for care? This could have been dealt with by a telephone or email consult. Are we a third world country for health care now with receptionists triaging Health?
