    All the staff and the doctor were great throughout my appointment. The staff booked my appointment quickly and I was quickly booked in on arrival. The doctor was very informed and had explained everything to me

    As I always prefer a telephone appointment with my doctor and I appreciate that he called me for the appointment before my job starting time in the early afternoon. Appointment was straight forward and quick Thank you so much for the great care you have provided .

    Recently I visited there for me and my kid. Staffs are good and helpful. My son is 3. And it was for regular checkup. So they taken the instant appointment and checkup nicely.

    From my experience I felt that that Dr I have seen has dealt with my situation with empathy and reassured me that everything will be ok, which it has thanks to her support and referrals. The receptionist staff are friendly and always polite. The midwife makes me feel relaxed and calms my anxiety by reassuring me twitch her knowledge and experience. Overall, they have all made me feel my needs have been met. Thank You

    I had operation on my back and few weeks after i had to get my stitches removed, I visited gate medical centre where the nurse (which at that present time i thought removed all my stitches) however on discovery few weeks after my partner seen two stitches still on my healing wound.. I called up the surgery as you do, but to my dissapointment the nurse was off work and not returning till another 2 weeks!! I was advised by reception staff to go AnE, my concern here is why are compliants and wrongfull procedures just ignored isit acceptable for a professional nurse to do half a job? Clearly shows why this practice is rated 2.4 thats defo a concern for the wider community!

Please allow us to address your concerns directly: Nurse’s Procedure: We take matters regarding patient care very seriously. It is certainly not acceptable for any procedure to be left incomplete. We will review the circumstances surrounding your appointment with the nurse to understand what may have gone wrong and ensure that all staff are properly following procedures in the future. Communication and Follow-Up: We are sorry that the nurse was unavailable for follow-up and that you were advised to go to A&E. We understand this added to your frustration. Our team should have explored more immediate options to support you, and we will ensure that such situations are handled better in the future.
