Used the app. Had a doctor appointment within 2 hours. Doctor was great, friendly and provided information/support. Overall a amazing service by the doctors and the NHS..

I rang up approx 8,00 am, explained my problems as a 89year old, was rung back within the hour, Given an appointment 5.00pm., same day.Was seen by a very charming doctor, who came out to greet me. I must say my wife and I have been members of this practice for approx 62 years, the staff and everyone connected have always been friendly, most obliging and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending it to all and sundry.

I recently registered with the Gatley practice and then needed some medication. The receptionist couldn’t have been more helpful. She contacted my previous surgery and got my notes, dealt with an issue regarding those and I had my prescription within 24hrs. Many thanks.
