    I have been really impressed with Gibson Lane Surgery. I have always managed to get an appointment. The GP who recently met with myself and my son who I believe to have autism was fantastic. The GP not only spoke to me but also my teenage son and explained everything in terms of what to do to get a referral under the right to choose.

    Booked an appointment for son. Nurse interfered and cancelled appointment and told me to phone the practice. On hold for a ridiculous amount of time, so went into the practice still on hold. Been told to go on am emergency list and wait for a phone call - this is impossible in my line of work. Now need to go to A&E unnecessarily. Unacceptable.

    I’m a transgender individual, I’ve been working with my GP over the past 6 months to help progress my transition. The GP has been very accommodating of my needs and has treated me with dignity and respect throughout. I feel very privileged to have had such a great experience during this time when many others do not. My sincere thanks to all that have helped me and continue to help me at the practice.
