I have been a patient at Gildersome since I was born. I’m now 38 and I can honestly say they never let me down. The receptionists go over and above (thank you C) and I couldn’t be happier with my care!

Got told by a nurse to book an appointment to see doctor . Offered phone call but work and not allowed phone on me . Receptionist did not listen to what I told her but had wrote a rude and untrue comment on my NHS app consultation note . I will be putting a formal complaint in advised by others who have had same issue with same receptionist.

Dr. D and his team provided an excellent service today. I got an appointments same day. Waiting time on arrival at the surgery was negligible. It's clear our medical practice is a great asset to our community. Thank you to our Dr. and his staff.

I have recently had to see the doctor a few times and I only have the highest regards for the care I’ve received. The doctor went out of his way to listen and support me and I cannot thank him enough.

I have been with this practice for about 35 years and I have to say it’s better today than it ever has been. The staff are brilliant and very helpful and worth their weight in gold. Both doctors are extremely caring and I always feel in safe hands. Thank you for such wonderful care.

I have nothing but praise for Gildersome Health Centre. All the staff there are brilliant and helpful, both the doctors are so caring and really listen to what you have to say. Best of all is I never have a problem getting an appointment. Thank you
