   As in the past when practice say they will contact you back reg prescription issue, or any issue .You waight an no one contacts back to you. Last time i was told my mother would receve a home visit from a doctor (not able to give a timet) wait all day an no dr comes. When i ring gladstone im told theres no record of me ever contacting them the day before. Im not in the habit of complaining but i beleve if people continue to accept this nothing will improve. Hope is listening. Better communication please. Amongst them selves an towards there patients

   Carimg, supportive and professional.The doctors attention from diagnostic, treatment, exames. Regular phone calls to make sure treatment was having progress and working.
