I already registered my daughter with them and an email was sent confirming the registration and after a month my daughter was exposed to a health condition. I called to make an appointment and the surprise was from the receptionist!! We don't have any records of your daughter!!! Did the elephant eat the registration request or is there a mistake in hiring someone who is not suitable for this position?

I'm a housebound multiple sclerosis sufferer. I was very on 26.2.2025 & had booked for a call back from the pharmacist at my GP surgery as I knew that he would definitely call me and he would resolve my issue to his best ability like he always does. He managed to find the medication needed & got it sent to me within 24hrs. Just really happy being with this surgery.

I called gladstone medical centre to make doctor appointment and noticed new automated system to explain by phone situation and to recieve call from doctor with booking. This went very well i received the call and Doctor straight away ordered stool, urine and blood analizes after hearing my situation. Than i came to GP to get containers for analyzes and Receptionist took about 10 minutes asking me what was my situation, why I need analyzes, etc etc. After running to the doctor personally she finally brought me containers. Than I booked blood test as well, but than I had to move my blood test and came again. and Again receptionist where asking me why I need analyzes, I had to tell it in fron off all people who sat in reception, this was hugeley uncomfortable, this might put people off coming and fixing thayr issues. Appearently thay didn't see attachments from doctor with referral to analyzes, and nearly booked me for general analyzes instead of reffered. The staff is not trained enough cousing very uncomfortable situations to people.

I am sorry you had this experience. We always try and do our best and clearly this was not the case here. We are in the process of redesigning our reception and hopefully this wil lmake conversations improved

Always get fantastic treatment from the practise nurse and HCA but then get stupid emails from a admin saying I haven't attended an diabetic eye appointment. Please read my notes I go every year to Willesden hospital to have these tests when they send me my appointment and I get a letter back with a copy sent to you. Just to let you know the email has been deleted and I will wait for my regular appointment.

Thank you for your feedback which is very welcome With respect to the eye screening, this is obviously really important. We have long standing problems with getting reports from the eye screen service. Where these are not present, for safety, we do send reminders. I apologise this feels like email overload We are working really hard with the eye screening service to get Computer2Computer reports which would give real-time reports and status. This however appears to be really cumbersome within the NHS systems and taking a long time from universal acceptance of the importance of having this automatic facility to have it in place Thank you for your feedback Yours sincerly Nigel de Kare-Silver
