After having a baby (Nov 2023), the care at this surgery has dropped and advice given has continually felt like an unwillingness to help or manage diagnosis and treatment plans. Also to note that the waiting space in the practice is very small and my appointments have either been late or postponed at last minute. In the latest case, after waiting an hour for the appointment, my 4 month baby was allocated to a doctor that does not see children under the age of 2.

Booked an appointment for 10:00, get a text later saying it has moved to 14:20, get to GP, they have my appointment for 15:40? I still only have the text for 14:20 no other notification, you need to review and update the booking system software!
