I write as an older woman who has been with this practice for a good many years and received excellent care and service! The appointment system works really well so impressively can often offer either a face to face or phone appt on the same day. The many doctors are professional and friendly and are committed to referring on if necessary. The skin speciality clinic is excellent and has dealt several times reassuringly with my concerns and removed a BCC mole, promptly, when diagnosed. The receptionists are efficient and helpful going the extra mile often to sort out a health worry. The nurses are good and offer all the necessary vaccinations. So I have no hesitation, whatsoever, in recommending this brilliant surgery, in its lovely location, to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy practice.

I have been there for 5 years and genuinely am so grateful to be a patient there. All GPs are both knowledgeable and empathetic. The reception staff treat you with respect and are so efficient. I have almost been brought to tears thinking of how grateful I am to be there as I have multiple mental health issues so need to regularly attend the GP. My Partner moved in with me and had a horrendous issue with his last GPs and this was corrected immediately by Glebe Road. Appointments are easy to get both emergency ones and regular ones. Can not applaud enough.

I registered with this GP Surgery back in July 2023 when I moved to Barnes and I have had to access their services a number of times since due to ongoing health issues. The service from all that work here is super - quick, efficient and caring. I work in the NHS myself and know what it takes to produce this level of care. Well done to all concerned.

I have been a patient at Glebe Road since I moved to Barnes in 2020. The GP's, Nurses and administrative staff are fantastic. Despite the extreme difficulty the NHS finds itself in I have always received excellent service and support from the people at this surgery! Thank you for everything you do.
