    I asked for a prescription and didn’t hear anything. Eventually found the response was provided in the NHS App – good job I had a look otherwise I would never have known that it had been approved!

    When I contacted the practice with my problem, they gave me an appointment to see me , listened to the problems ,examined me, and diagnosis was made. Treatment was given for 2 weeks to treat the infection. Follow up visit showed the clearance of infection and discharged. Thanks for the prompt response and treatment.

    Had requested GP appointment on 3 occasions for various ailments in 2024 via online and phone. All were ignored and never contact back with an appointment. They are ignored. Impossible to get to see a GP. Last year when I managed to get one when you get to the surgery, it is completely empty and desolate. They are not as overworked as they claim. Needs reporting to CQC.

    I’m shocked at the lack of communication skills at this practice. I was due for a particular blood test to be performed but to my dismay the blood test wasn’t ordered!! It was only because I asked if it was requested that the phlebotomist agreed to add it on- despite this the test hasnt been organised so it was a complete waste of time. It is hard enough to get an appointment at the best of times-this is not a good use of nhs resources and leaves me with no confidence in the staff at the practice.

    I have tried to get help from Glenlyn 2 days running - obviously I no longer expect a face to face meeting with a doctor but I have severe abdominal pain and a temperature indicating an infection somewhere inside - you would think that would warrant a medical professional actually ringing me. Thank goodness for Kingston and Teddington emergency departments which where I now sitting having given up on Glenlyn

    Had an appointment spent ten minutes at reception checking in to find they had nothing on system. Found out it was upside and as soon as the therapist saw us she t said, your late. Very poor service my daughter has learning difficulties and did not want to go ahead with her therapy because the lady was cross with us .

    Lovely lady on phone, however have to wait 8 days for simple blood tests. Please make more appointment available. It is ridiculous, I was available anytime except 1 morning and advised I'd take any cancellation- apparently no an option.

    I recently had a blood test and received a text saying I need to talk to the doctor. I have been trying unsuccessfully for over a week to get an appointment. I have filled an online form to request an appointment, and received no response. It is not possible to call to get an appointment, unless it is an emergency, which it may be. And I went in to talk to someone and got nowhere. So many barriers are in my way to stop me getting an appointment.

    I am writing this review with frustration as I could not get an appointment for four days of trying to call for my daughter who was sick and needed antibiotics. Eventually, after getting through, I was told there were no appointments to try again the next day and fill in a form online. I did this and still could not get an appointment. Accord again the following day as my daughter was getting sicker and was told to take her to A&E or call 111 . This is not acceptable no wonder the NHS gets overwhelmed. All she needed was to be seen by a GP to get antibiotics . Eventually after arguing and filling another form online, I was given an appointment. The doctor was brilliant very kind and helpful . I just worry they are telling their customers to call 111. This is how people can get very sick if they don’t have a telephone or the Internet and they’re the elderly .

    Never appointments online can't do the form as always to many requests prior, never get through on the phone, just been on hold number 16 for 3/4 of an hour and moved to 15. Been trying to get in contact for over a month now.What is incredible is they texted me about this great online service today. At least I can go to the surgery to see a receptionist who won't assist either.
