The Nurses have been so supportive and helpful to me in the past few weeks relating to a gash I incurred on my leg. I couldn’t have asked for better treatment and care. Thank you both very much indeed.

I am always happy to supply a review and feedback. However, the message requesting me to do so only refers to 'a recent appointment', so it's not possible to know which appointment it is referring to. I don't want to provide feedback for the wrong one, as this could be highly misleading. Could the message identify the day that the request is referring to?

Superbly organised and efficient vaccination session. Hundreds of people were treated in an exceptionally friendly and timely manner.

I had a thorough assessment & explanation of my condition & was given exercises to help & a demonstration of how to proceed with them. I was treated with great courtesy & am very grateful to the practitioner & the practice.

There was adequate space for those waiting. The staff were quick efficient and friendly. The jobs were paInless. One membrane of staff took time to reassured a very nervous lady.

I was offered a cancellation appointment for a Saturday morning by a very friendly member of the reception team for a coil removal, replacement and a cervical screen. I was advised what to do leading up to the appointment. On the day I was welcomed by a friendly GP and nurse who both made me feel completely at ease for what is an uncomfortable but necessary procedure. The nurse chatted to me all the way through and both checked I was OK and gave reassurance. I've always had a positive experience at Gloucester Road in my 20 years of being a patient there. Simply the best practice.

My 12 year old daughter who has severe and complex needs, saw one of the nurses today, my daughter was very distressed as she struggled to regulate with any medical appointment. The nurse was calm, kind and respectful, she suggested she saw my daughter in the car, making a difficult situation, much less stressful. She immediately knew what the problem was and my daughter was prescribed medication. We feel very fortunate to have the practice we do, they go above and beyond for our family.
