I rang at 8.30 in the morning and by 9.45 I had talked twice to the doctor who sent a prescription to the local which I was able to pick up. Amazing service in these difficult times

After an extremely traumatic operation the team at this practice showed care, compassion, support and advice that helped us all no end. Appointments always same day with nurses and doctors. Doctors were always on call to offer advice for nurses, and nurses incredible at helping us understand home care. The compassion and care that this place shows is incredible. I can't thank them enough.

Suffered debilitating sciatica due to bulging discs. Just moved to practice. Reception staff thoughtful and helpful. Dr and Pharmacist were on point with care and follow up with prescription advice and monitoring. Very efficient and caring. Thank you it was very much appreciated.

Asked for an inhaler prescription to go to a chemist in Leeds for my daughter staying with her grandparents - quick thinking and problem solving from reception team and prescription team. All dialled up under 48 hours which we were so grateful for - thank you!

Working in a GP practice elsewhere in Bristol I know the pressure we are all under. When I developed symptoms on Sunday that I knew I needed to speak to a GP about urgently on Monday morning I was apprehensive about how long it would take to sort out. However I was able to get through to reception within 10 minutes and within another half hour a GP called me back and arranged the necessary hospital referral. This must have been completed immediately as I’d heard from the hospital 2 hours after speaking to the GP. All completed very smoothly and efficiently with kindness and compassion from all involved. Thank you, keep up the good work

I have had to use the surgery several times since June for an acute condition that had me hospitalised in early June. Really confident that I can get a call with a GP when needed and they give pragmatic, sensitive advice and treatment that does not always need a visit. Reception staff are also great. Thought I'd give some positive feedback and thanks. .

Called Friday morning and got a call back from the duty doctor within an hour. Medication was available at my local pharmacy by lunch time. When I called again Tuesday for follow-up, I got an appointment face-to-face that same afternoon. What an incredible service, especially when primary care is under enormous pressure. Also staff on the phone were kind and efficient, they have such a tough job but do it well. Couldn't ask for more!

I just wanted to write to thank all staff for their unwavering professionalism, efficiency, care and compassion. Whenever I have had to bring my baby boy in with yet another bug, they always ensure they can see him in a timely manner and then deal with him so brilliantly, with time, patience and kindness. This was even the case when we had to call them at 5.30pm on a friday last week. Great surgery doing a great job in difficult times. Thank you.

Phoned up to enquire about getting access to my records. Wasn't on hold too long and the reception team were helpful, friendly and sorted the issue easily.
