First, I've always found receptionists helpful, friendly, professional and reassuring. The phone system works well, is reasonable and I rarely have to wait long to get an answer. The service from medical staff has been prompt and thorough. Recently,my query about a routine test was dealt with quickly and expertly, in more detail than I'd expected. Then a query about a joint problem resulted in an appointement with a practice physio, again thorough, detailed, expert and proactive and follow-ups organised. Members of my local community that also uses the practive give the same glowing reports. When I have friends whingeing about their GPs, they're so surprised when I explain how brilliant this surgery is. Thank you!!!!!!

So Impressed with the Doctor who was very thorough. The person I saw was very personable and easy to talk to. Am very impressed by the care given.

The nurse was very patient with me as she explained how to complete the lung function test. She explained what I had done wrong and helped me complete each task She explained the results and advised me to get a GP appointment

Whilst the appointment booking service could be improved by reinstating the online method, once I got my appointment, the checking in and timely meeting with the doctor was excellent.

Appointment was as scheduled. Dr cheerful and welcoming. Health issues discussed with appropriate recommendations. Was confident with the advise and adjustments to medications

I had to move to this practice due to the previous not being able to accommodate me. From the initial phone all the reception staff were beyond helpful and walked me through the registration process while staying on the phone. Within under 24 hours I had a personal call back welcoming me to the practice, and this absolutely reassured me at a difficult time. The staff and team are flawless and the premises is absolutely spotless. The level of care given is outstanding and the pharmacy team next door are really good, always on time. We are lucky to have such dedicated staff looking after us, and I mean that. Thankyou to all!

I have had 2 positive appointments with the physicians assistant who has been investigating an issue. I found her very helpful and she is continuing to proactively follow-up. One thing I would suggest though is that for each appointment I thought I would be seeing either a GP or a nurse to take blood and the role and qualifications of the physicians assistant is not explained. Some patients might find this annoying. It might be useful to explain who they are and what their job is to do - am assuming it’s for triage of general investigations?

Had treatment for an Arthritic shoulder, tried various treatments including physio and steroids all dealt with very professionally.

Reception staff are always very helpful and professional. I always feel they go above and beyond to try and arrange an appointment if necessary. The drs and nurses are excellent.
