Was most impressed by the organisation and administration of the process. Very quick. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

But terrible review system. Verification code sent about 8 times but had to leave website to retrieve from gmail as it didn't appear on my screen. Eventually got back in again but such a waste of time. The actual delivery of flu and Covid jabs went ok though left with very nasty cold.

Great experience at the flu clinic. Although there were many people at the clinic on Saturday morning, the queues were organised in a very efficient way and the waiting time was very short.

There was a queue to have the Covid and Flu Jabs. But it was well manned. There were several lines inside the surgery and you were told which line you should join in your text from the surgery beforehand. Two nurses headed each line and one jabbed one arm and the other jabbed the other arm with the other vaccine (unless you didn't opt to take the Covid vaccine). I was in and out in no time.

Whole process well organised, efficient and effective. Staff super friendly & it was good to see my lovely caring Gp who I have not spoken to since before Covid

The vaccination day was well organised, respectful, speedily and efficiently done and quite welcoming. The only problem was that the changing space was a bit limited.
