I had blood tests done on 12th no doctor got back to me about the results but I managed to check on-line and they abnormal so I called surgery to just speak to doctors but lady on reception offered appointment on Friday just to speak to doctors which I wasn't very happy as my blood pressure was very high and I explained to her then she said call back at 1400 which I explained I can't do as I am not allowed the phone while working. But she didn't accommodate me instead she said other people are on-line needs help put the phone down on me.She should not be working there as she showed no empathy or help me which is part of her job.

I called for an appointment first thing today, saw the Doctor within a short time, had a thorough examination, and was referred to Crawley Hospital for an Xray. I was given the Xray and a provisional result within the hour, and was home just after 11am. Very satisfied with all the medical attention I received today.

I was seen in the surgery by a female doctor, she was extremely helpful, explaining things and really listened , nothing was too much trouble and i did not feel rushed at all. I hope she never leaves this practice! Great Doctor! Thankyou.

I wanted to write and thank km for a quick and painless blood test this morning! I am not too keen on them and km was very understanding and made it as quick and painless as possible. Thank you km and team. Keep up the good work.

This practice has gone down hill for years now and Covid has only made things worse. I understand all surgeries are feeling the pressure but this place is horrendous. Staff are rude, not empathetic, how can someone over the phone assess a physical problem I am having? Avoid at all costs!

I called at 8:30 and kept me on hold for 41 minutes and while i was on hold there were only 2 people before me and when they answered they said we dont have any appointments left and i was calling for my 3 year old son who was very ill. And this is not the first time this has happened. They advised me to call at 2:00 and when i call them i have the same problem again.
