    It has become almost impossible to see a doctor, you have to fill in an online form in order to be triaged for a telephone consult with a doctor, so today I tried to do just that to find that they have temporarily disconnected that service and it will be open again on Monday . I’m in pain now and have no way of getting help, rang the practice to be told do an online request, told them that was impossible as they had turned off the service and they said “oh well, you will have to try again Monday !” This practice is failing patients on a daily basis and there excuses don’t solve anything. Receptionists tell patients to go to an already over crowded A& E for minor ailments. It’s about time it improved or the CQC put it into special measures

    I can not even log a request for GP advice via the app, unable to speak to someone, since the surgery is operating from the same building as All Saints Practice, they share the same building, receptionists and other resources so should have more GP's available not less. So where has all the money gone that should be saved from two surgeries operating from the same building? Seem's like financial mismanagement by whatever private company runs this surgery!

    Going to try very hard to keep this clean and straight to the point, receptionists, get rid of the lot of them! Basic English and empathy is a mental challenge for them yet when they do answer the phone they have the belief that they have a right to know your medical history and issue, your a receptionist! Pipe down! The manager of the surgery, pfffft! The man has trouble managing to tuck in his cheap shirts let alone manage a surgery, swans around clueless about what’s really going on, do him a favour and get rid of him. Doctors can’t say much of as it’s the untrained circus that’s around them that need to get completely replaced, every time I call have to call this place the second a receptionist with a medical degree answers she immediately steps on my last nerve, no basic telephone manner, unable to understand or speak basic English and only good for one thing, nothing!!! Serves me right as I have been warned to not sign up as a patient at this surgery and clearly I thought I knew best till I met the receptionists from hell! They have absolutely no respect for patients and will not hesitate to belittle elderly patients who struggle to speak as this I have witnessed personally. Either tear this place down with the receptionists inside or once again get rid!!

    I completed the online consultation form, I got text message from the practice to inform me someone would contact me within 2 working days. The 2 working days passed, so I called up the practice, the receptionist answered and told me there is no GPs in this week and they would be in after the new year. I asked her why did I get a message saying someone would contact me in 2 working days if you guys knew there were no GPs in this week, why didn't you put a message on your system informing the patients of this. I told her this is poor service and requested to speak to the person in charge of the practice, the answer I got was "no one is in charge", all the managers are off, I then asked, that the practice managers may be off, but someone must be in charge while they are off, the receptionist said "no", and hung up the phone. This practice is the worst practice I have ever experienced, they tell you to call at 8am for appointments, you call at 08:00 and there are 50 people already on call and you can't get any appointments, you do the online form, and no one is available to see you. What is the point!

    This Gp is worse service I ever recieved. Recently join this GP and fill online consultation for my 5years old daughter and they replied back after 1 week where she was suffering. If people got sick now and call back after a week within this period any damage can be happened and who will take the responsibilty of this? Again called for last 2 days, doctor called back but they do not wish to meet the patient face to face and cant book for appointment where a child need paedetrician to look properly. If there is no capacity then why registering us and wish to give us no service from the practice. Need to improve the situation or give us alternative solution.

    After months of trying different pills waiting for a gyne appointment, severe pain in lower back bottom leg & tummy, along with bad bleeding that may aswell be constant for how long it actually stops. I went sick at work the 25th Nov as couldnt stand the pain any longer, self cert would cover me up to the 1st so i done a online consultation 0830 Wed morn in enough time for Drs to call me for a sick note, hense after contacting the rec 13.20 Fri im told we are very behind it may be monday you get a call, & thats only a maybe. Really frustrated my last econsult didnt even get a response when i asked for private referal letter to investigate. Cant even get near a GP so how the heck has the system got so bad its a joke peoples healths are on the line.
