Review titled Unprofessional Admin Team
Rated 1 star out of 5

The receptionist are rude, arrogant and does not take any accountability. It seems like they have no coordination with their team. My whole families address was randomly changed without our consent and they have no clue who changed. They disconnected the call if you call within the last 30mins before closing time.

Review titled Left untreated seeing in person with proffesional
Rated 1 star out of 5

February 2024, I started getting some allergic reactions behind my waistline and left arm. I was getting everywhere around thighs and hands left mevsever itchings conditions rashes instantly. I booked an appointment over the phone to see doctor about my conditions. Couldn't believe my eyes, I was they booked me over phone consultantation and even though Covid was over they still sent me link to describe everything again in details with attaching photos of my conditions. During my online consultation without having me booked once again for physical checkings that female phone consultant prescribed me a wrong minor prescription that treats athletes rashes on foot. This female phone consultant was very disappointing. She was female who left me untreated declaring it as mild rash without checking on me inperson to check on the root cause of this condition. When I asked consultant what do I do if this prescription don't work my rashes are sever it keeps coming back she said come back again. Still very poor services of this clinic when it comes to see doctors. No doctors appointnent to see in person since Covid-19. How unqualified nurses and how its patients gets treated without having seeing physically on their conditions with poor prescriptions is an example of this GP. I would never recommend this GP to anyone after covid 19 its services collapsing daily.

Review titled Great practice but poor reception
Rated 4 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 23 June 2023
I had an appointment for cervical smear on a particular day and it was my mistake I was late to the appointment due to unavoidable circumstances. Eventhough I have visited the surgery, that particular day 30 minutes late for the appointment. The receptionist there was really really rude, communicated in a very unpolite manner with non preferable gestures. She didn't even bother to ask the reason why I was late or anything, shouted and she booked another appointment date only asked me whether I will have mensuration on that day or not. All this scenario was taken place in public, there were some other patients in the waiting area. Totally totally uncomfortable situation. Being a health professional I will never tolerate this kind of behaviour from a staff. Other than that the Nurse who did the cervical smear, on my next appointment was very empathise lady, with perfect skills and sound clinical experience.

Review titled Impossible to get hold of
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Katie - Posted on 06 April 2023
I have been at this surgery for less than a week and have already had numerous problems trying to reach the reception team. I have tried to call the practice 10 different times, I am always “caller number one” but I am left waiting on hold for an hour at the time. I have been left waiting so long that after an hour I give up because it’s clear the receptionists don’t want to answer the phone to help patients. I got a call from a consultant today after I made an econsult online, they have requested blood tests however I’m unable to get hold of the surgery to arrange this or to collect the blood test form. The service here is terrible. I have numerous health problems and require regular appointments at the GP, it seems I will not get the help I need being with this GP. If things do not improve, I will consider registering to another practice who do care about the health of their registered patients. I should have read the reviews before joining because it seems it’s not just me having this problem. If you are considering joining this GP surgery, I would strongly suggest you go somewhere else because you will not get the help you need.
