    I suffer with crps and this practice has failed at absolutely everything. For the past 9 months I have been told I have been referred for specialist physio therapy, I have never had that come through. But that isn't the worst, for the 4th time this year, they have failed to renew by prescription in time, which has left me without medication for my incredibly painful condition. Not only that, this medication is not one you should just stop taking, you need to ease off it, yet apparently this practice does not care about its patients, the reviews are telling. Moving every aspect of your practice to online is ridiculous. The website is not up to scratch to cover everything. I have been left 2 -3 days with no response, even though they repeatedly promise to get back to you within 24 hours. I am now on day 3 of no medication for the 4th time this year, I have been repeatedly lied to and been told that my prescription is to be put on automatic renewal, bit my pharmacist has nothing through. This practice is hands down the worst I have dealt with and by the reviews I am not alone. This practice needs to be thoroughly investigated if not immediately closed. It does not care for its patients in anyway.

    Today, September 2024, I've been notified that I've been removed from my new GP patient list because I registered with GP Pathfinder Clinics. I didn't do it. Because of that fraud, I lost my appointment for changing my dressing of the scalp wound, I lost my prescription for the infection from my dermatologist. I had to reenrole with my GP. Obviously, GP Pathfinder Clinics doesn't answer the phone. I hope NHS will cancel their licence of practice. Thank you.

    Was able to book multiple recurring appointments for my B12 injections and follow up with the Dr easily through Whatsapp.

    I have to say I’m impressed with the new way of getting in touch and booking appointments with my clinic, the staff answered my message within literally seconds after sending it. And managed to get an appointment straight away. Very good experience overall

    I recently had an appointment at GP Pathfinder Clinics as part of my pregnancy care, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. When I needed to book the appointment, I used their automated call handler and was connected immediately—no waiting around, which was great. I then completed the online consultation form to provide details ahead of my visit, which was a straightforward process. I received a confirmation call within 20 minutes, and my appointment was scheduled for the same day. During the appointment, the GP was very attentive, providing me with all the necessary information and answering all my questions. Later in the evening, I remembered an additional concern, so I sent a message via their WhatsApp service. The response was incredibly quick, which really put my mind at ease. This recent experience reinforced how efficient and responsive GP Pathfinder Clinics is, especially for someone like me who needs regular care. I’m very satisfied with the level of support I received.

    I used the WhatsApp service in order to get through with a prescription and 10 seconds later I was told that it was done and I could collect my prescription in 24 hours.

    I recently consulted with the GP about symptoms I have been experiancing, the econsult form did not allow me to go further and when I spoke to the reception team they assisted me straight away and the next day I had a face to face appointment was arranged. So quick and its put me at ease.

The receptionist advised me to use the online consultation service to request my medication. The process was straightforward and took just a few minutes to complete. I received a response within the hour confirming that my prescription had been sent to the pharmacy. Later that day, I had a question about the dosage, so I used their WhatsApp service. The response was almost immediate, which I greatly appreciated. This recent experience highlighted how efficient and patient-focused their service is. I was able to handle everything digitally, without having to wait or make multiple calls. This kind of service is invaluable, especially when dealing with ongoing health needs like mine. I highly recommend GP Pathfinder Clinics for their efficiency and excellent patient care.

    Last week, I had a worrying episode of chest pain and needed to consult with a GP urgently. I contacted GP Pathfinder Clinics, and thanks to their automated call handler, I was able to get through without waiting in a queue. The receptionist suggested I fill out the online consultation form, which was quick and easy. Within 30 minutes, I received a callback and was given a same-day appointment. The GP I saw was thorough and immediately referred me for further tests to ensure there was nothing serious. I also had a follow-up question the next day, which I sent through their WhatsApp service. The response was immediate, which was very reassuring. This recent encounter demonstrated to me just how well the practice manages urgent health concerns. The combination of a responsive digital service and caring medical staff made a potentially frightening experience much more manageable. I’m incredibly grateful for the prompt and professional care I received.
