After experiencing some worrying symptoms, I used the online chat feature to discuss my concerns, which was promptly followed up by an invitation to book an appointment through a very user-friendly system. The SMS reminders were helpful, especially with my busy schedule. This has to be the worst GP it's impossible to get an appointment - filled out 2 online forms, and used the text and Facebook options no one replied. It's been a week today yet nothing. Called so many times you get an automated service asking you to leave your details. The call agents if you're lucky enough to get through to them are not sympathetic. For Healthcare services this has to be the worst.

Hi, I had a transfer of care letter from the hospital dated November 2023, the letter has not been read nor has any action been taken till I sent an eConsult message. Despite my message and a call to the GP office, nothing happened, and after more than a week still no progress. Avoid this GP like the plague, they are incompetent, careless, and on top of that have arrogant attitudes. Asking me over the phone with a very condescending tone and I quote here " Do you want us to help you or do you want to go private?" It's appalling, and shameful for a public care provider to treat customers this way. Disgrace!!
