I had an appointment with doctor but I couldn’t reach on time due to traffic. So I contacted on WhatsApp whoever is behind the WhatsApp chat assistance I can’t mention the name. Was very polite and helpful and instantly replied solved my problem by booking another appointment for very next day. Whereas the calling assistance the online consultation form and normal text service was very poor. One of the assistant said she can’t even see my today’s appointment. I was disappointed with the calling assistance service as I have to wait for so long have to try 3-4 times then only I can get chance to talk to them. Just wanna request to improve calling service.

Been trying for 3 weeks to get an appointment to discuss MRI results. Clinician called me unexpectedly so I missed the call, no way to call back. Their texting service which supposedly is 'monitored by the reception team' is an automated service that just sends you over and over again the same link to a webpage that asks you the same dozens of questions as if you were a first-time site visitor, no matter your text message. I'm ready to give up. I also got a letter asking me to book a routine gyno appt but of course I can't do that either because I'm sent to the same webpage asking me to describe my symptoms when it's a routine appt so there aren't any! I either have to make things up and wait till someone calls so I can talk to a human, or email...but of course that's a 'no reply' email too. Hopeless!

GP Pathfinder Clinics have revolutionised the way I access healthcare. Their digital services are top-notch, providing seamless access to help no matter where I am in London. The automated call handler is a fantastic feature that cuts down on queue times significantly, which used to be a major annoyance. I’m particularly impressed with the WhatsApp service; it's incredibly fast and responsive, allowing me to get answers to my questions almost instantly. The convenience of being able to handle everything digitally, from booking appointments to getting medical advice, is a game-changer. It’s comforting to know that I can rely on their services whether I’m at home or anywhere else in the city. Good service from the GP from the doctors to the nurses and the reception. They helped me feel very comfortable and were quick to get to me. Overall the GP was very good.

I had not been to a doctor in a long time, but started having problems a couple months ago while I was away. I ended up in the hospital in Italy! I thought it would be really difficult to get a face to face appointment with a doctor, but it was actually really easy, and the person I communicated with was extraordinarily helpful and understanding. I commend the professionalism and expediency of this individual. Thank you for making life a bit easier in a stressful situation.

Doctor rush you through, don’t listen to you and want to get you out as soon as possible. I asked a referral to a specialist, they did not want to do before asking further exams. Just to find out my ex doctor sent them a letter asking for this referral in February.Each day I have more difficulty to breath, and this has been getting worse and worse since September. To call them is just impossible. You literally die waiting

The GP referred us to the specialist and after the investigation, it turned out they couldn't see us because the NHS fund of that hospital does not work with that GP, so we had to go to a private practice. Other issues: It takes 3 days to respond to an appointment request. The GP ordered lab tests, and after 3 days and calling again, they gave me an appointment for the 22nd of August, more than a month later, even though the GP said they would mark them as urgent. The reception staff provide very poor service, and the facilities are very bad.

Waiting time: I feel stressful about not sure the waiting time that I need to take for each appointment as I need to let my company to know how long I need to out of the office for that, I experienced 15mins-50mins waiting time Unable to do the thing that I have booked: I received a consultation as the GP said I should book a smear test which I successfully booked, however when I arrive and at the room, the staff said I am not qualify to do that because there is no form requested by the GP...What a shame that I am was so nervous to get prepared for taking the test and then not happen at the end Admin mistake and communication problem: I observed there are mistakes for the booking serval times, eg: double booked time, the clinic is not the one we agreed, the date was wrong
