   Getting an appointment at my usual Tanworth Lane surgery is a nightmare!! I tried the website to book an appointment describing my symptoms and provided photos. I was expecting to have to wait two days. However, it was reviewed within the hour and I was contacted and an appointment provided there and then! Fantastic service
