Getting an appointment at my usual Tanworth Lane surgery is a nightmare!! I tried the website to book an appointment describing my symptoms and provided photos. I was expecting to have to wait two days. However, it was reviewed within the hour and I was contacted and an appointment provided there and then! Fantastic service

I was concerned about my child and was given an appointment the same day which I was really grateful for. The GP we saw was really friendly and was very thorough taking her time to examine my child. At a time where GP surgeries are so busy and with so many pressures on them I was really happy with the service I received today. Keep up the good work :)
