    Seen promptly and staff were very pleasant. Parking is a big issue fortunately my husband drove me but I wouldn't want to risk not being able to park having driven myself

    In these very difficult times, the NHS are doing an incredible job. Very friendly staff, Drs & Nurses & Paramedics that are kind and very helpful!

    On this occasion I was seen quickly and prescribed treatment following a thorough examination. Perhaps seeing an Acute Paramedic is the way forward = time will tell .

    I was very pleased with the speed with which I was seen. From ringing for an appointment in the morning to seeing a member of the acute team in the afternoon to arranging my prescription at the pharmacy, everything was delta with efficiently. The member of the team was very clear in explaining what the problem was.

    The doctor was so thorough and reassuring. She was kind and unhurried. I can’t praise her enough. I would recommend her. Wonderfully professional.

    Had the Review today with Pharmacist via phone call. Very helpful and explained things clearly. Got all prescriptions lined up for one renewal date which saves time all around. Arranged full prescription renewal there and then. Thank you.

    Original Doctor appt on 6th Dec - (that took over 6 weeks to get!) agreed to refer my daughter for a much needed autism assessment. Jan 16th and still no written referral!! I have called and even been into the practice, with reassurance from each secretary and receptionist that they will urge the doctor to finalise/sign. The wait is impacting my daughters mental health - and yet there is no urgency! How hard is it to sign your name on a piece of paper? Surely not 6-8 weeks worthy of ‘hard’ I’m supportive of the NHS and the strain that it is under, but this is truly outrageous and outside of ‘acceptable’ in terms of delay

    They've had my xray scan results for almost a week and they still haven't been accessed by the Doctor. Very poor service, even after popping in to the surgery and calling up twice to chase the results up. The excuse was we are short staffed isnt really good enough, there was never an issue prior to covid when we actually had permanent doctors at the surgery. They need to sort this out as this isnt the 1st occasion, ranging from lost prescriptions to general lack of caring and no appointments available.

    It's almost impossible to get an appointment to see anybody at this practice. For instance, I got through to a receptionist this morning after ringing the surgery at 8am. I was told I was number 23 in the queue and 11 minutes later when I got spoken to by a receptionist and I asked for a general appointment with any one of the doctors I was told there were no appointments left. Now this is not an unusual experience as it happened yesterday morning and one morning last week. I am at my wits end now with their system and plan on finding another practice.
