    Was seen on same day appointment without any hassle. Phoned dead on 8 am & saved my position in the queue. The GP I saw was concerned about my high blood pressure which was abnormally high. I also presented with a severe headache that wasn't residing. After careful examination & taking an update on my medical history he decided I needed to attend hospital straight away. I couldn't have asked for better care, even private. I am grateful and just wanted to post one of the many positive experiences I've had with GPS Healthcare. Thank you

    The initial call was handled with a lack of empathy, and listening skill. Pach link....I requested a call after 2pm, received one at 950! The practice...I requested a telephone diagnosis and the doctor did call..very calm, informative and signposted efficient ly.

    Very efficient service from putting request in at 8am had appointment at 11am same day Prescription sent to requested chemist had meds by midday

    Last appointment was a waste of my time, she asked me the problem, she didn’t even take a look at it, she didn’t even move from her chair, I was approximately 4 ft away from her. Massively disappointed and dissatisfied with my gp service right now

    I called my GP surgery at 8:15 am and used their excellent service, which allows me to keep my place in the call queue and receive a callback. I received my call back shortly after 9 am. The staff were very helpful. I needed to speak with a doctor that day about a short-term condition that required a prescription. The condition was urticaria, which affects me every 5-6 years and causes a skin issue. The team consulted with a member of the clinic, and I was asked to send a photo of the affected area. I received a text message with a link to upload the picture and provide a description of my condition and symptoms. Later that afternoon, a GP called me for a telephone consultation. A prescription was issued, and I collected it from my designated pharmacy the same day. Great service all round.

    1. The triage telephone callback is unhelpful because my mobile signal is poor at home and work, (I sat in your car park waiting for call) and I used to leave my landline number but the time before this I went to work and you didn’t try my mobile as well. 2. I had to have my bloods done twice - I think you lost them. This has happened before. 3. You do not offer the Neighbourhood Mental Health Team service which may have helped me. It also definitely would have helped my son who uses your Knowle GPS surgery where we asked for it specifically.

    I phoned 111 on Wednesday and got an appointment on Thursday Lovely friendly doctor who prescribed antibiotics which seems to be working
