    After being put on hold several times this week, I tried e-mailing my question regarding how I go about renewing my prescription exemption certificate. As a patient with a chronic condition I assume it will be automatically renewed by my GP but on the NHS website it states that I must contact my GP service. Frustratingly I have yet to receive a response. I’m also concerned that I haven’t seen my GP in two years. I would have liked a face to face check up after my last medication/ birthday review.

    I tried to ring the practice about my mothers flu jab. I was in a que for 15 minutes at position number 1 and then was cut off. When I immediately rang back I was in position number 8. This is very poor service given this is a medical practice. gave up in the end and will seek the injection elsewhere.
