    I have visited surgery today around 1130 for my backache. The clinician who have seen me uphold high professional standard she has thoroughly examined me like a consultant and really impressed me. Keep it up

    The surgery, needs to update the hours they work . Mentioning they work till 8:15 on Friday however they close at six . Doctors don’t think it necessary to update patients or call them back . Receptionists are rude .

    Dear patient Thank you for your feedback. I am Ravinder Khan the practice Manager @ Grange Medical Centre. Please note opening hours are updated on Practice website and practice leaflets. Grange Medical Centre opening timings are from 8AM to 6PM Monday to Friday. Oaklane Surgery opening timings are from 8AM to 6PM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and 8AM to 2.30PM on Wednesday. When you leave message for receptionists it is added on the triage board which is triaged by clinicians and face to face or telephone appointment is offered by the clinicians. We are sorry if you felt receptionists are rude, they have been asked to be always polite to patients and to complete their customer care training. Your feedback will be discussed in our next Practice Meeting. Thanks Ravinder Khan Practice Manager

    Patients are told to only call at appointment times, however the line does not connect on several occasions the line is dropped when you get to caller one. If staff do answer they are rude and argumentative. For a simple blood test appointment I have been told to call back after 3 weeks. Surprisingly received a call from the receptionist who called to book me in for physio and then said they is no rota available so you have to call back in 1 week. What was the purpose of this call? Patients are neglected and therefore reluctant to even call the surgery as the service is appalling
