Review titled Poor business practice and bugs in patient access sign in
Rated 3 stars out of 5
by Ray - Posted on 25 November 2024
Sirs/Madams I recently had some dealings with your practice and here is my feedback of my experience With regard to the text message you sent to me on Tues 5 Nov requesting submission of blood pressure readings I provide the following feedback on your performance 1) When you send a text message requesting on-line submission of information and you, Set a deadline for submission of this information then you should advise the recipient of such in the message - that is good (some would say necessary) business practice 2) And/or - provide an means to submit readings via the "Patient Access" on-line service 3) Fix the patient access sign in bug which happens every time a sign in to Patient Access is attempted

Review titled An excellent practice
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Amy - Posted on 17 June 2024
I've been wanting to give some feedback about Grange Street for some time. I only have great things to say about this practice. The receptionists are consistently warm and friendly, and I have never had a problem getting an appointment. I have been impressed by the new telephone booking system and appreciate the ability to keep my place in the queue and be called back so I don't have to wait on the phone. I was particularly impressed recently when I visited the practice for a blood test. I was seen by before my appointment time and left two minutes after I was scheduled to be seen, which was fantastic. My GP, Dr G is fantastic and has offered me lots of support over the years. My friends and family are amazed I'm under the care of a practice where I still feel as if I have a registered GP who knows me and I can go to for advice and support. During a recent consultation, I was thanked for coming in to discuss my issue, despite me feeling on the fence about whether I should have been there. It was incredibly validating to hear those kind words. I feel very lucky to be under the care of Grange Street and want to thank each and every person who works there for making it such a wonderful practice. You all really do a brilliant job.
