I phoned about a bad reaction to antibiotics and I needed more Diabetic strips. Dr A sent the prescription to my pharmacy and sent 2 not one!! He had warned me that I may have a bad reacion to the Antibiotics I am having aad reaction and am so gre quickly used all my strips. I am so grateful.

I've been wanting to give some feedback about Grange Street for some time. I only have great things to say about this practice. The receptionists are consistently warm and friendly, and I have never had a problem getting an appointment. I have been impressed by the new telephone booking system and appreciate the ability to keep my place in the queue and be called back so I don't have to wait on the phone. I was particularly impressed recently when I visited the practice for a blood test. I was seen by before my appointment time and left two minutes after I was scheduled to be seen, which was fantastic. My GP, Dr G is fantastic and has offered me lots of support over the years. My friends and family are amazed I'm under the care of a practice where I still feel as if I have a registered GP who knows me and I can go to for advice and support. During a recent consultation, I was thanked for coming in to discuss my issue, despite me feeling on the fence about whether I should have been there. It was incredibly validating to hear those kind words. I feel very lucky to be under the care of Grange Street and want to thank each and every person who works there for making it such a wonderful practice. You all really do a brilliant job.

I have been very impressed in the past with this surgery but my experience on this occasion was particularly outstanding. I had an urgent appointment arranged for me the following morning. The Doctor I saw arranged for a Nurse to squeeze me in for an ECG while I was at the surgery and there was also a slot for me to have blood tests also while I was at the surgery. Following the ECG I was able to see the Doctor again to look at the results and she was able to reassure me that there was nothing to worry about but gave me some further advice and insisted on a review in a couple of weeks to look at the blood test results. Absolutely fantastic service and a wonderful supportive atmosphere and it seems an ethos shared thoughout the whole team. Five stars in my opinion!

Myself and my family have been attending Grange Street for 22 years. The doctors, clinical staff and receptionists are all helpful, kind and efficient. We have had several significant health events and every time we have been taken seriously in reporting symptoms have been dealt with with great care and have had positive outcomes, once thanks to the swift actions of the medical staff in diagnosing an urgent condition. Highly recommended and a really good surgery.
