   It’s impossible to get an appointment. Receptionist are unsympathetic and unhelpful. Lack of responsiveness and inability to get GP advice despite trying for over 4 weeks has led to my daughter having to attend A&E and take sick leave from her work. The system of sending a link for patients to try and access an appointment is not working. This used to be an excellent practice but I would not recommend it now.
